Terms of Service

Effective date: July 20, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the church worship-team sheet music and setlist management service provided by Worship Conti (the "Service"), and the rights and obligations of users and the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" means a member who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
• "Team" means a worship community unit that uses the Service together.
• "Content" means the sheet music, lyrics, setlists, posts, and similar material that users upload or create.

Article 3 (Effect and amendment of the terms)

These terms take effect when posted on the Service screen. The Service may amend the terms to the extent it does not violate applicable law, and will announce any changes within the Service.

Article 4 (Contents of the Service)

The Service provides features such as sheet music registration and AI analysis, setlist creation and publishing, praise and practice modes, member and position management, and a community board. The specific contents of the Service may change as operationally necessary.

Article 5 (User obligations and copyright responsibility)

• Users must hold the proper rights to use (including copyright) the content they upload, such as sheet music and lyrics.
• The Service is a tool to help a team prepare worship internally, and legal responsibility for content uploaded without authorization rests entirely with the user who uploaded it.
• Users must not post content that infringes the rights of others or violates the law or public order and morals.

Article 6 (Copyright in content)

• Copyright in content uploaded by a user belongs to the respective rights holder, and the Service stores and processes it only within the scope necessary to provide the Service.
• Rights in the Service's own design, trademarks, and software belong to the Service operator.

Article 7 (Provision and suspension of the Service)

The Service is provided on a year-round basis in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, external infrastructure conditions, and the like. In such cases, notice will be given before or after the event.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure, the user's own fault, or failures of outsourced infrastructure.
• The Service does not guarantee the legality or accuracy of content uploaded by users.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute related to use of the Service follows the procedures prescribed by applicable law.
