• Account authentication: email address, name, profile photo (Google account information when signing in with Google)
• Service use: your team and church name, position, worship and setlist information, uploaded sheet music files and lyrics, board posts and comments
• Automatically collected: service usage records (such as creation and edit timestamps), push notification subscription details (including a device-identifying endpoint)

2. Purposes of collection and use

• Account authentication and team/member management
• Providing sheet music and setlist registration and management features
• AI sheet analysis (automatic extraction of title, key, time signature, lyrics, keywords)
• Sending push notifications when a setlist is published or songs are added
• Operating and improving the Service and responding to inquiries

3. Outsourcing and overseas transfer of personal information

To operate smoothly, the Service entrusts the processing of personal information to the providers below, and some information is stored on servers outside Korea.

• Clerk (USA) — account authentication and sign-in
• Neon (Singapore) — database (member, team, song, and setlist information)
• Cloudflare R2 (Asia-Pacific) — sheet music file storage
• Anthropic (USA) — AI sheet analysis. Uploaded sheet images and PDFs are sent for analysis.

4. Retention and use period

When you delete your account or team, the related personal information is destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by applicable law, the information is stored securely for the required period and then destroyed.

5. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. You can request account or team deletion within the Service or via the contact below.

6. Personal information of children under 14

The Service is not, in principle, intended for membership by children under the age of 14. Where a child under 14 needs to use the Service, they may do so only after obtaining the consent of a legal guardian, and the legal guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the child's personal information. If the Service becomes aware that it has collected the personal information of a child under 14 without a legal guardian's consent, it destroys such information without delay.

7. Use of cookies

Cookies are used to keep you signed in, among other purposes. You may refuse cookie storage in your browser settings, but doing so may limit some features such as sign-in.

We apply measures to protect personal information safely, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access-permission management, and compliance with our providers' security policies.
